Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. After this period, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• The product must be completely unused.

• The product must be sealed with the original factory seal. The packaging must not be opened, and the protection label must not be removed.

• The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and both internal and external packaging intact without any damage.

• If the product is opened or if there is any missing part or damage, the return request will be rejected immediately.

• A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products

• Gift cards.

• Digital products and downloadable software.

• Personal care and hygiene products after opening.

• Perishable products.

• Products sold at a discounted price or under special promotions.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days.

Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway fees are deducted from the refund amount because they are non-refundable by the payment service provider:

• Visa and Mastercard: 2.5%.

• Apple Pay linked to KNET: 0.17 KWD + 0.15%.

• Apple Pay via Visa or Mastercard: 2.5%.

Delayed Refunds

If the refunded amount does not appear in your account:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing may take several days.

• If the issue persists, please contact us at Support@AnkerKuwait.com.

Exchange Policy

Product exchange is only available if a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit equal to the product value may be issued after inspection and approval.

If the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If the return is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Delivery time for replacement products depends on the customer’s location.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

مدة الإرجاع

يمكنك طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب. بعد انتهاء المدة لا يقبل أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال.

شروط الإرجاع

• المنتج يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم إطلاقاً.

• المنتج يجب أن يكون مغلقاً بختم المصنع الأصلي ولم يتم فتح التغليف أو إزالة ملصق الحماية.

• المنتج يجب أن يكون بحالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الداخلي والخارجي دون أي تلف.

• في حال فتح المنتج أو وجود أي نقص أو تلف، يرفض طلب الإرجاع مباشرة.

• يجب تقديم فاتورة أو إثبات شراء.

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع

• بطاقات الهدايا.

• المنتجات الرقمية والبرامج القابلة للتنزيل.

• منتجات العناية الشخصية والصحية بعد فتحها.

• المنتجات القابلة للتلف.

• المنتجات المخفضة أو المباعة ضمن عروض خاصة.

آلية الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم إشعارك عبر البريد الإلكتروني بالموافقة أو الرفض.

في حال الموافقة، يتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوم عمل عادة.

رسوم بوابة الدفع

تُخصم رسوم بوابة الدفع من مبلغ الاسترداد لأنها غير قابلة للاسترجاع من مزود الخدمة:

• فيزا وماستركارد: 2.5٪.

• أبل باي المرتبط بكي نت: 0.17 د.ك + 0.15٪.

• أبل باي عبر فيزا أو ماستركارد: 2.5٪.

تأخر الاسترداد

إذا لم يظهر المبلغ في حسابك:

• تأكد من حسابك البنكي.

• تواصل مع شركة البطاقة أو البنك، فقد تستغرق المعالجة عدة أيام.

• إن بقيت المشكلة، تواصل معنا عبر Support@AnkerKuwait.com.

الاستبدال

يتم الاستبدال فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت بعد الفحص.

الهدايا

إذا تم شراء المنتج كهدية وشحنه للمستلم، يمنح رصيد بقيمة المنتج بعد الفحص والموافقة.

إذا لم يتم تحديده كهدية عند الشراء، يعاد المبلغ إلى المشتري الأصلي.

الشحن

• يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

• تكلفة الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

• في حال الموافقة على الإرجاع، يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.

• مدة وصول المنتج البديل تعتمد على موقع العميل
