Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver within the State of Kuwait only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: 2 KD per order

• Express Same Day Delivery: 3 KD per order

Express delivery is available for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM.

Standard orders confirmed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery charges apply per order, not per product.

4. Areas Not Eligible for Express Delivery

Express delivery is not available for the following areas. Alternative delivery fees may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation:

5. Delivery Address Requirements

You must provide accurate delivery details to ensure timely delivery.

Please provide the following information:

• Governorate

• Block number

• Street number

• Building number

• Contact person name

• Contact person phone number

Incorrect address details or failure to answer delivery calls may result in delays. Delivery charges are non refundable in such cases.

6. Delivery and Acceptance

The order must be signed by an adult upon delivery.

The order is considered delivered in good condition once the delivery note is signed by you or your representative at the same address.

If you are unavailable, the order may be handed to a family member or authorized person at the same address.

If the customer cannot be reached upon arrival, the delivery representative will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes.

If no response is received, the order will be rescheduled and additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Failure to Respond After Order Placement

If we are unable to reach the customer within 24 hours of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

8. Product Defects

Any visible defect must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Manufacturing defects are covered under our official Warranty Policy.

9. Cash on Delivery

• Payment must be made in cash or by card before receiving the products.

• Cheques are not accepted.

• Discount coupons must be applied before checkout and cannot be applied after order confirmation.

• Orders cannot be delivered on credit.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products, as indicated during checkout.

1. مناطق التوصيل
   نقوم بالتوصيل داخل دولة الكويت فقط. لا نوفر الشحن خارج الكويت حاليًا.
2. أوقات التوصيل
   يتم التوصيل يوميًا من الساعة 10 صباحًا حتى 11 مساءً.
3. رسوم التوصيل
   • التوصيل العادي: 2 د.ك لكل طلب
   • التوصيل السريع في نفس اليوم: 3 د.ك

التوصيل السريع متاح للطلبات التي يتم تأكيدها قبل الساعة 2 ظهرًا.

الطلبات العادية التي يتم تأكيدها قبل الساعة 2 ظهرًا يتم توصيلها في يوم العمل التالي.

رسوم التوصيل تُحتسب لكل طلب وليس لكل منتج.

1. المناطق غير المشمولة بالتوصيل السريع
   خدمة التوصيل السريع غير متاحة للمناطق التالية، وقد تطبق رسوم مختلفة يتم إبلاغ العميل بها قبل تأكيد الطلب:

1. عنوان التوصيل
   يجب إدخال بيانات عنوان صحيحة لضمان سرعة التوصيل.
   يرجى توفير المعلومات التالية:

• المحافظة

• رقم القطعة

• رقم الشارع

• رقم المبنى

• اسم المستلم

• رقم هاتف المستلم

أي خطأ في بيانات العنوان أو عدم الرد على الاتصال قد يؤدي إلى تأخير الطلب، ولا يتم استرداد رسوم التوصيل في هذه الحالة.

1. شروط الاستلام
   يجب توقيع الطلب من شخص بالغ عند الاستلام.
   يُعتبر الطلب مُسلّمًا بحالة جيدة عند توقيع إذن الاستلام من قبلك أو من ينوب عنك في نفس العنوان.

في حال عدم تواجدك، يمكن تسليم الطلب لأحد أفراد الأسرة أو من ينوب عنك في نفس العنوان.

إذا تعذر التواصل مع العميل عند الوصول، سينتظر المندوب مدة لا تتجاوز 30 دقيقة.

في حال عدم الاستجابة، سيتم إعادة جدولة التوصيل وقد تُفرض رسوم إعادة توصيل.

1. عدم الرد بعد الطلب
   في حال تعذر التواصل مع العميل خلال 24 ساعة من تقديم الطلب، يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب.
2. مسؤولية العيوب
   في حال وجود عيب ظاهر عند الاستلام، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
   عيوب التصنيع تخضع لسياسة الضمان المعتمدة لدينا.
3. الدفع عند الاستلام
   • يتم دفع المبلغ نقدًا أو بالبطاقة قبل استلام المنتجات.
   • لا نقبل الشيكات.
   • لا يمكن استخدام كوبونات الخصم بعد إتمام الطلب، ويجب تطبيقها قبل الدفع.
   • لا يتم تسليم المنتجات بنظام الآجل أو الائتمان.

الدفع عند الاستلام متاح فقط للمنتجات المؤهلة، ويظهر ذلك أثناء إتمام الطلب.
